This cafe first caught my eye because Bi Fu is the name of one of my classmates (not those characters though). Then my mom told me that that was her friend’s cafe and that there was also a design store upstairs linked to the cafe. (By design she meant fashion design, like, a clothing store, though at first I thought she meant interior design.)
We ordered rose black tea and red velvet cake, and were also given a catalogue of their 2016 fashion collection.
The tea, velvet chairs, and checkerboard interior were giving me Alice in Wonderland vibes.
After our tea time, my mom and I went upstairs to check out the store. My mom’s friends happened to be in, so they all looked at jewelry together. Her friends said I was cool so I felt validated.
The cafe is small and the menu doesn’t have a huge range, but it’s a nice place to pop by if you want to catch up with a friend over tea (or coffee)!
